Noble Journey Primary Care uses AdvancedMD Electronic Medical Records System which provides HIPAA compliant, comprehensive and multi-system protection of your medical information.
Dr. Jordhen created and maintains this website. While she does her utmost to protect contact information you enter on this website, it is inherently not as secure as the patient portal. Please do not submit medical information here.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Text messaging is good for reaching Dr. Jordhen when a very timely reply is needed. Please send medical information in the patient portal.

6. You may Opt-out of receiving text messages from Noble Journey Primary Care at any time by replying STOP to any received SMS message, from the phone number at which you received the message. You will no longer receive messages after opting out. You can opt back in at any time by replying START. If you do not wish to receive check messages, you may choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.
