While we do our utmost to protect contact information you enter on this website, it is inherently not as secure as the patient portal. Please do not submit medical information here.

We collect your contact information (name, email, phone number) only when you choose to provide this information to us voluntarily. Your contact information is used to allow Noble Journey Primary Care to communicate with you directly. We may occasionally send updates, such as clinic schedule changes.

Your contact information is retained offline until it is either transferred the secure electronic medical record or deleted. If you choose to opt-in to text messaging, your phone number will be retained

What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we have about you outside of the secure Electronic Medical Record. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
